At The Butterfly Club, we’re dedicated to giving our customers an enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies below, and feel free to contact me with any questions!

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item for another item on the site or request a different size of the same item. However, please note that we do not offer refunds.

Most items on the site are made to order, with the exception of a few ready-made products. If a product is already made, it will be clearly noted in the product description. Please allow 2–5 weeks for custom one-of-one (1/1) items to be created and shipped. The Butterfly Club is run solely by one person, so processing times may reflect that.

FULFILLMENT / SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped using priority shipping. Once your tracking number is provided, your order should arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Some custom items may take longer to fulfill based on the level of customization requested.

If you need your item by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout, and your order will be prioritized to meet your timeline.

You’ll receive an email with your shipping status and tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
